Listen & audit
Every engagement starts with your planning process, not with technology. Workshops, model review, honest assessment of what’s worth keeping.
TM1 · IBM Planning Analytics — Munich
Single cubes become a massif — planning models that carry, even under load.

01 — Profile
From scattered numbers to a foundation you can plan on.
I’m Tomasz Brzoza, a freelance IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 architect based in Munich. For more than 15 years I’ve been building the models finance runs on — budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis for companies across the DACH region and beyond.
As an independent consultant I stay hands-on from the first workshop to the last line of TurboIntegrator code. You get senior architecture, clean implementation and straight answers — in English, German or Polish.
02 — Services
End-to-end Planning Analytics — from the first whiteboard sketch to a platform your team actually enjoys using.
Dimensional design, cube architecture, data flows and integration blueprints. A model that mirrors how your business actually plans — and stays maintainable years later.
Driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, top-down / bottom-up workflows, scenario and version management built for real planning cycles.
TurboIntegrator processes, rules and feeders, TM1 REST API and TM1py automation. Robust, documented, tested — not a black box.
Complete model migrations from TM1 11 to TM1 12 — rules, TI processes, security and reporting layer included. Also TM1 to Planning Analytics, on-premises to cloud and Perspectives to PAfE: a clear migration path with no data loss and no planning downtime.
Slow cubes, memory-hungry feeders, endless TI chains — audited, profiled and fixed. Often the model doesn’t need a rebuild; it needs a specialist.
Workspace dashboards, Excel reporting with PAfE, admin coaching and hand-over. I build platforms your team can own — and stay available when it matters.
03 — Approach
Every engagement starts with your planning process, not with technology. Workshops, model review, honest assessment of what’s worth keeping.
A blueprint you can challenge: dimensions, cubes, data flows, security and sizing — documented before a single object is built.
Short cycles, working software early. Finance sees real numbers in real cubes within weeks — not at the end of the project.
Documentation, training and admin coaching. Success is your team running the platform confidently — with me one call away.
“We show the summit — and know the depth beneath it.”
